1. Payments must be received via BACS in order for your booking to be confirmed.
2. When making a booking your reserved slot will be held for 48 hours. If payment in full has not been received during this time the slot will be forfeit.
3. Packages must be used within 12 weeks of the original booking. Any unused sessions will be forfeit, with no refund given.
4. 48 hour cancellation policy applies. If you cancel over 48 hours in advance your session will be rearranged at no extra cost. If you cancel less than 48 hours before, your session will be forfeit with no refund given.
5. In the event of poor weather I will contact you before your session. If I deem the conditions are too poor for the session to safely take place, your session will be rearranged at no extra cost.
6. An up to date riding helmet and suitable footwear must be worn when mounted. Failure to comply will result in your session being forfeit with no refund given.
7. If under the age of 18 a parent, guardian or responsible adult must be present at all times.
8. If at any time I deem the horse to be showing signs of lameness, discomfort or distress the session will be terminated, with no refund given.
